Pat is the owner of The Community Entrepreneur, a business that specialises in working in the areas of strategy, grants and consultancy. Pat brings to the table experience in government, business, community development and higher education. She works with entrepreneurial leaders, staff and systems so that they leave a positive ongoing legacy. Pat also qualified as a systems auditor and uses this experience to identify bottle necks and blockages, which may not be in the most obvious places. She brings to the judging process, a deep understanding of business practices, having navigated the highs and lows of owning a business over the last 15 years.
