A record entry response has seen 85 finalists (from 202 entries) announced for the 2026 Albury Wodonga Business Awards on Thursday 2nd July 2026 at Regent Cinemas Albury Wodonga.
Albury Business Connect general manager Glen Robinson said the “record number of entries” demonstrated the confidence and commitment of the Border business community, despite ongoing economic challenges. The awards recognise the outstanding achievements of businesses over the past 12 months and celebrates the people driving their success,” he said.
Mr Robinson thanked main sponsor Optus and all the category sponsors for enabling Albury Business Connect to honour more businesses than ever before.
Optus NSW and ACT local general manager Glenn Hamilton said the awards were an important opportunity to acknowledge the individuals, organisations and ideas that are helping the region thrive and prosper.
“Local businesses play a vital role in driving economic growth, creating jobs and strengthening community connection. We look forward to celebrating your achievements with the community and wish all finalists every success at the gala night.”
